DC resistance testing is essential for transformer manufacturing—covering semi-finished/finished product factory checks, installation handover tests, and power department preventive testing. It detects coil defects (material issues, welding faults, loose connections, missing strands, wire breaks) and post-operation hidden risks efficiently. Built on our company’s technical expertise to meet the need for rapid DC resistance measurement, our transformer DC resistance tester is a new-generation fast tester with integrated three-phase testing (Yn, Y, △) and demagnetization. It is the perfect tool for measuring DC resistance in large power transformers. Featuring a true-color high-resolution industrial screen, full touch operation, and Chinese menu prompts, it offers intuitive operation, fast testing, high precision, and a wide measurement range.
