Product Description

XHBP series variable frequency resonant test device is a modular testing equipment, the main components of which include variable frequency control power supply, excitation transformer, reactor and capacitive voltage divider. For the implementation of DC withstand voltage test on tested equipment, a rectifier silicon stack shall be connected to the output terminal of the capacitive voltage divider.

Performance Characteristics
  1. For reactors with identical voltage rating and nominal capacity, the physical dimension is compact and the net weight is reduced compared with conventional models.
  2. Temperature rise value is controlled at a low level when the device operates under rated load condition.
  3. The reactor is manufactured with dry-type epoxy casting technology, which ensures high mechanical strength and meets the requirements of high-level electrical insulation.
  4. The variable frequency control power supply is designed with large capacity margin, complete protection functions, low-distortion output waveform and high operational stability.
  5. The device is configured with multiple operating modes, which simplifies the test operation process for operators.
  6. The power supply input is 220V or 380V single-phase AC, which is compatible with most on-site power supply conditions for easy power taking.
